Stiffness was Lower than our expectations for Adirondack Spruce nor ended up these soundboards as acoustically live. Despite the wonderful physical appearance, we couldn't in excellent conscience market this spruce as Adirondack/Red Spuce. A great deal on the spruce from these regions is either White Spruce or perhaps a Purple/Black/White hybrid. T
